When having ProActive Software Ltd customize the ProWorkflow code, the process is divided into two sections. These are: 1. Custom Development
2. Delivery (either 2a. Subscription or 2b. Purchase Code)
1. Custom Development
Stage 1 - SPECIFICATION & SIGNOFF
1. Cost - AGREED hrs @ AGREED rate = $QUOTE
2. Prior to Specification - First 50% Payment of Stage 1
3. On Signoff of Specification - Final 50% Payment of Stage 1 Note: Final 50% Payment of Stage 1 is required within 30 days of delivery of spec if spec is not signed off within this period.
4. Decision to commence with Implementation (Y/N)
Stage 2 - DEVELOPMENT & IMPLEMENTATION
1. Cost - AGREED hrs @ AGREED rate = $QUOTE
2. Prior to Implementation - First 50% Payment of Stage 2
3. On Completion of Implementation & Start of Testing
- Final 50% Payment of Stage 2 + first 50% Payment of Stage 3
Stage 3 - TESTING
1. Cost - AGREED hrs @ AGREED rate = $QUOTE
2. On Completion* Payment - Final 50% Payment of Stage 3

The specification will include all terms of completion. Costing/Time:
Time split is approx: 30% Spec, 60% Development, 10% Testing
Development rate is: USD$150p/h Testing:
Testing will occur over a maximum of a two week period. Revisions:
When application is signed off, any further revisions or custom development not included in specification will be subject to this procedure.
2a. Delivery - Subscription Account
Subscription License Price is based on 'per user' licensing as per normal subscription accounts.
For ProWorkflow 'Professional' this is $30 p/m p/user
For ProWorkflow 'Enterprise' this is $60 p/m p/user
Support Email and phone support is available as standard with 24hr response.
For ProWorkflow 'Professional' & 'Enterprise' contracted account, SLA based support is included.
Upgrades Upgrades are quoted based on each custom application (same process as above)
Server Hosted on the ProActive Software subscription servers
2b. Delivery - Purchase Code
Annual License Price is based on 'per user' licensing as per normal subscription accounts.
For ProWorkflow 'Professional' this is $30 p/m p/user
For ProWorkflow 'Enterprise' this is $60 p/m p/user
Source Code Pricing Source Code pricing for local installation is available by quote.
Support Email and phone support is available as standard with 24hr response.
For local installations, we do not offer SLA support.
