Unfortunately not, our plugins are part of ProWorkflow, so you can only use them as part of the program as a whole, not a separate part. The plugins use key data from the ProWorkflow solution to function. This may change in the future so feel welcome to join the mailing list to be notified of updates.
Generally speaking, no we don't as we feel ProWorkflow already represents great value. However you're welcome to contact us to discuss your specific requirements and circumstances.
If you have internal systems in place, we can work with you to either show you how to replace those systems with ProWorkflow, or use ProWorkflow alongside your systems. We offer comprehensive video guides as well as free email & phone support (contact page) which works really well for most customers. If you require extensive one on one or group training then we can provide this as a paid service which can be done via remote web conferencing.

Yes we certainly do! You can setup a free trial account by visiting the trial accounts page. These accounts are hosted on our servers and can easily be upgraded to live subscription accounts when the trial period finishes. Any data you entered in the trial account can be imported to a live account.
ProWorkflow is a dynamic web based application proudly written in ColdFusion 8 using a MS SQL database. Thanks Adobe for the great development platform!
Projects, contacts and tasks are not ever deleted in ProWorkflow, they are just flagged in the database as 'deleted'. This means that we can retrieve them from your database, in most cases you can do this yourself!

Exporting Contacts You can currently export contacts from the system in either CSV or XML format. These can easily be opened in MS Excel. The exported contacts can then be used for mail merges or to import to other applications.

Yes you certainly can, there is an allocation of file space with each account. If needed the allocated file space can be increased. There is also a file space management tool built into the application.
The space can be used to upload PDF's, Word docs, visuals, proposals or other docs that need to be accessible to project members.
All accounts are separate installations (and databases) on the server. The accounts and all billing systems use 128-bit SSL certificates. The MS SQL databases are password protected and all staff at ProActive Software have privacy/confidentiality contracts in place.
Accounts cannot be URL hacked, they are hidden from search engines and no usernames/passwords exist in written or offline form. The only direct access to the servers is by secure connection, restricted to our internal IP addresses.
All of our staff are under extensive confidentiality agreements and will always treat information as sensitive.

We backup customer data incrementally every 4 hours with a full weekly backup to both local servers and a remote server location. There is also a tool in the application to let you download your database at any time so you can have onsite backups.
In addition, the program is structured in a way that project and contact data is ever lost, it is just flagged as deleted in the database, allowing you or one of our support team to recover any data that may have been accidentally deleted.
