What's changed?
In order to better support ProWorkflow users, the license method has been changed from a license in perpetuity (one-off fee) to an annual recurring license.
So what does this mean? What'll it cost?
From v4 forwards, you still own the code to install locally, but there will be a new 'license file' which will need renewing annually.

Annual User Activation License
|
The Annual User Activation License is:
USD$240 per (Staff) user, per year
ie: A 5x User account's license would cost
USD$1200 per year (5x $240).
"This is approximately $0.50 a day per user!"
The annual license covers free updates indefinately from
the new Client Area (& no further upgrade charges!)
Note: When upgrading, the first 12 months 'user activation license'
is included in the upgrade cost.

What happens if I don't renew?
You will be notified via a message on your login page 30x days from your renewal date. You can purchase a renewal from the Client Area or by contacting us.
If you don't renew your license, your application will become locked out (once expired) until you renew your license. Your database will still be accessible.
Can I change to a Subscription Account?
Yes! If you decide to change to a subscription account, rather than code, we will give you the first 2 months payment for free provided you have paid for annual support. In addition, we'll import your existing database and info! There are many benefits including automatic code updates, database backups, free upgrades, support etc.
Can I stay with my current version?
Yes, no problem, but you'll miss out on some great features!
