What is Xero?

It includes 24/7 secure online access, automatic bank imports, free automatic upgrades, unlimited users and more..

How do we integrate?

We designed the Xero Connection to make it simple to get your invoices from ProWorkflow into Xero. You can create all your invoices in ProWorkflow based on all your time tracked or using simple line items then send the invoices direct to Xero with a click of a button.

The status of the invoice in Xero is constantly displayed in ProWorkflow and the invoice is locked until it is deleted/voided or paid in Xero to ensure consistency in your ProWorkflow account.

What do I need to use the Xero Connection?
You need to have the following to use this cool feature!

1. An Active ProWorkflow account (subscription or code).
If you don't have an account you can sign up here.

2. The ProWorkflow invoicing plugin

3. An Active Xero account
If you don't have an account you can sign up here.

Is this compatible with Windows XP? Vista? Mac?
Yes! It works great on all these systems.

Note: As both ProWorkflow and Xero are online solutions, they require a modern web browser, ie: Chrome, FireFox, IE.

Is Xero Connect available globally?
Yes, there are users on Xero Connect in Australia, UK, USA, UAE and NZ. Check with Xero to see if it's available in your region.

Are there limitations with Xero Connect?

Which ProWorkflow plans does this work with?
The Xero Connection works great with our PROFESSIONAL & ADVANCED plans. Xero Connect is not supported with the Xero Accountants Edition. For more info, view our plans.

Generate your Xero key
Log into Xero and generate a key for ProWorkflow on the Xero Network page.

Turn on Xero Connection
Select Xero in 'Integration Settings' in the Invoice Manager section in ProWorkflow. Then enter your key on the Xero Settings page in Administration
