Both clients and contractors see a restricted view so you can keep sensitive data hidden. Clients and contractors also have no access to directly communicate, keeping you in control.

There are some permissions you can set to allow clients to see sensitive data, time, other projects (for their company) etc.

Contractors have fairly simple access to just allow them to see their projects, tasks and communicate with your business.

Both clients and contractors can upload files and send messages to you or your staff.

Standard
A good fit for a freelancer managing a small number of projects and not tracking time.

Professional
This is a good fit for most companies from 1 to 50 users. This is a full featured version and the most popular choice for the ease of use with comprehensive featureset.

Advanced
Is suited for larger companies of 50+ staff where the company hierarchy is important. Advanced allows you to set divisions, teams and groups to match your company structure.

Currently we have an import tool from BaseCamp Classic accounts that brings in all account data and communication. We'll be adding further imports in due course.

We have developed an API to allow developers to integrate ProWorkflow with other external applications. We used our API to develop the iPhone app! Find out more on this page.

We currently offer a full import from Basecamp Classic as well as a contact import tool that supports a CSV or XLS spreadsheet. Get in contact with us to find out more.

Yes you certainly can, there is an allocation of file space with each account. If needed the allocated file space can be increased. There is also a file space management tool built into the application.

The space can be used to upload PDF's, Word docs, visuals, proposals or other docs that need to be accessible to project members.

Our file upload utility allows multiple file uploading and you can attach files to tasks or the project. In addition you can send messages when uploading files so the email recipient has the file accessible from an email.

All accounts are separate installations (and databases) on the server. The accounts and all billing systems use 128-bit SSL certificates. The MS SQL databases are password protected and all staff at ProActive Software have privacy/confidentiality contracts in place.

Accounts cannot be URL hacked, they are hidden from search engines and no usernames/passwords exist in written or offline form. The only direct access to the servers is by secure connection, restricted to our internal IP addresses.
All of our staff are under extensive confidentiality agreements and will always treat information as sensitive.
