Projects Page The Projects Page is where you organize and assign your Projects. From here you can create, edit, categorize Projects. Projects can easily be assigned to your staff. This page shows the summary of where Projects are at.
Project Details Page The Project Details page is the project dashboard and displays all you need to know about an individual project: tasks, files, dates, messages, assigned users etc.
Project Archive The Project Archive allows you to view complete Project and Project Task information for all Projects (not just current). A great tool for searching or analyzing past Projects.
Project Requests Clients are able to submit project requests. The Project Manager can then approve the project to enter it into the workflow.
Tasks Page The Tasks Page allows you to view all Tasks related to projects, or non-project items needing to be completed. Task categories can be created to meet your specific requirements. From this page, a popup Time Tracker is accessed in order to record time spent on various Tasks.
The Task lists also appear in other ProWorkflow pages for quick access.
Timesheet Page The Timesheet page allows you to view all the work undertaken on a particular day. Select the day from a popup calendar, to see what you did, where your time went and how to be more productive. The page also works well for analyzing staff production time.
Calendar Page The Calendar page allows you to view all upcoming work deadlines and events. Add events and keep the team on track!
Timeline Page The Timeline page (gantt-style view) shows planned resource allocation for your projects and tasks. Timeline items can be moved forward or back in time, or filtered to show relevant data. The timeline will show potential resource issues and help you plan projects accordingly.
View - Week/Month/Range Pages The View Ranges pages allows you to view step back from the Timesheet and view all the work recorded over a particular date range. Using the comprehensive filters and drilldowns on the page allows you to analyze staff time.
Time Tracker The Time Tracker is used to track time on General Tasks and Project Tasks. Just click the stopwatch to start and stop the timer or add time manually.

Client & Contractor Pages You can easily give your clients and contractors login access to view their work in progress or assigned Projects. Use this feature to show clients their Projects dashboard or give them Project Tasks to do!
Have contractors working on Projects and assign them Project Tasks.
