Permissions

You can easily control the sections of the application that can be accessed by your employees by simply altering the permissions to suit their individual roles. When employees log in they only see work that has been assigned to them within the sections they have permission to view. Super Users log in to see work that has been assigned to them, but have the abilty to view "All" information for "All" users.

Note: By having total control over the sections of ProWorkflow, you could do things such as:

  • Allow your accounts dept access to only the Reports section and Project Book.
  • Give your employees access to the Tasks and Timesheet pages only.
  • Give the employees access to view all jobs on the Projects page without seeing sensitive business (accounts) information.
  • You have full control over allowing editing, deleting or viewing of each page/section in ProWorkflow
