 Restricted Access for Clients/Contractors?
Involve your clients by allowing them to see their work in progress, or perhaps view documents or files that require their feedback or approval. You can easily give your clients login access to view their work in progress or assigned tasks.
If you outsource work, giving your contractor login access will allow them to see their tasks, and therefore you can keep control of the whole job from one location with employees, contractors, and the client all accessing the one job record in ProWorkflow but viewing only what they need to see.
