As it’s part of the iPhone project we’re working on, the team needed to quickly finish off the ProWorkflow API. We’ve now added most of the common functions to the API, so developing for the ProWorkflow solution should be a breeze!

1. Xero Line Items
ProWorkflow is now able to send all line items in an invoice to Xero.
Previously PWF sent taxable and non tax totals but has now implemented sending all line items from the invoice through to Xero. The invoices now perfectly reflect in both PWF and Xero.

1. Copy Settings between Quotes and Invoicing
We have added the ability to copy the settings from Invoice to Quotes (or vice versa). If you have both plugins (Quotes, Invoicing) you’ll be aware they each have a separate setup section. Now users can simply copy the settings between the sections.
This is much quicker if updating payment details, display settings or default section headings!

The ProWorkflow blog is now available for viewing on the iPhone. Now you can keep up with the team and product improvement while you’re on the go!
We wanted to get this sorted as we’ll soon be releasing an iPhone app – so now you can keep with update and (soon) run your business all on the iPhone!
Just a quick note to let all customers know the ProWorkflow Sales/Support office is on the move!
We officially move on the 5th of August 09, however due to general craziness, packing and stressing support during the week of 2nd Aug – 8th Aug may be a little delayed.
This will have no impact on your account or servers as these are at a different location, rather it’s just the friendly sales and support team moving office. We’re fitting out a new office over the 4 weeks after the moving date and then we’ll be back to normal.
During this time we’ll be in temp offices and support levels will be normal.
