In ProWorkflow you can create personalized signatures – this includes adding text and images.

Your email signature is as important as any other part of your corporate identity. So setting up an email signature allows you to keep a consistent and professional image of not only the employee but the company as a whole.

Once logged into Proworkflow:

  1. Click on the Settings tab at the top
  2. You will be navigated to the Settings Page
  3. Under Notifications click on Notifications Settings
  4. Under Default Email Signature, in the text box provided, type in your signature and enter an image URL of the company logo.

Your email signature will now show up at the bottom of a message, whenever a new project/task is created, modified or completed.

Note: The image must be hosted externally (an online image)
