Our 2018…

Thank you for your continued support of ProWorkflow. Please know your business is greatly appreciated and we are here to help you get the most you possibly can from ProWorkflow. Don’t hesitate to call us should you need anything! Here’s a brief update on our world…

What a year! I am happy to announce that ProWorkflow (Proactive Software Ltd) was recently acquired by Eli Global, a leading technology growth company with a solid record of taking
entrepreneurial companies and growing them into even stronger growth companies.

As you can imagine, there has been a great deal of change under the hood of the business as we transition from a New Zealand based company to a global company. We can now work towards providing great service 24/7.

I am looking forward to seeing what we can do with the business over the coming year, backed by a great company with solid growth experience. We are in a position now to really start giving more value back to ProWorkflow users!

It may seem on the face of it that the year has been quiet from a release perspective but the team have been busy laying the foundations for some big changes and improvements. Here are a few projects worth a mentioning:

  • Reports Project
    A ground up rebuild of the reports tool in PWF, now faster, more flexible and powerful than before. This is a serious rebuild and will deliver huge value. In beta currently and available soon!
  • Dedicated Account Managers
    We now assign every customer an Account Manager so you have a single point of contact to help train you and your team to get the most value from the solution!
  • Increased levels of support
    Through live support and our dedicated Account Managers, we can now offer an even better support experience!
  • Affiliate Program
    Our affiliate program has been completely rebuilt so if you want to be an affiliate, get in touch and we’ll help you get setup. Referring and earning is now easier than ever!
  • Adobe Extension
    We have recently launched a new Adobe Extension to work in your normal Adobe apps. You can now add tasks, files to project, tasks and track time without needing to open the ProWorkflow application!


Our 2019…

We are coming to the end of the ‘Under the hood’ improvements and will be turning our attention in 2019 to more up front customer facing changes. It’s time to start showing you what we’ve been working on and start regularly releasing product and company updates.

Now we have the backing of a fantastic company like Eli Global behind us, we can move faster that provide greater value than ever! Here’s a taste…

  • 24 Hour Support
    True around the clock sales and support to better assist you and your team as and when needed!
  • Reports Go-Live
    After a massive rebuild, the new reports tool goes live. You will find this more flexible, faster and powerful. More than that though we have developed the reports tool to be easily built on, improved, customized, scheduled, exported and more!
  • UI/UX Changes
    Over 2019 we will release a number of updates most with the common thread of making the tool and functions simpler and easier to use. We want to make your day more effortless so will be working hard to take inertia out of the tool. We will also provide ways to easily provide feedback and get included in the look and feel of the tool.
  • New Stack
    We have a new technology stack underpinning the new reporting rebuild that will roll through the main application over time. It allows us to make changes we couldn’t do in the past and also provide faster access to data.
  • Better Integrations
    Just like our Adobe extension that we released this year, we are also looking into building extensions and plugins for other popular platforms such as Outlook and Gmail. This will allow users to have a more seamless experience when interacting with their Projects and Tasks on ProWorkflow.

This is just a taste of what’s planned. There will be more integrations, fun releases, more communication from us and we will have settled into a creative zone so will be looking forward to creating great value for you all!
