Case Study from Adobe!

On a personal note, I’ve been using Photoshop since version 1.0 so have had a longstanding relationship with Adobe products. They work!

API V3 Update

In the blink of an eye, we have been in business for 14 years! From the first prototype of ProWorkflow to the full solution we provide today, we couldn’t be more proud :-)

As part of the regular updates we release every quarter on the core application, our API has also undergone tremendous changes and updates too.

The majority of clients who use our API today are using our latest version, ProWorkflow API V3. This is not only the currently supported version, but also the most feature rich and fastest version of our API.

The latest API V3 is miles ahead of its predecessors and have the following benefits:

  • Ongoing support and maintenance
  • Newer API methodology
  • Uses JSON for data transfer
  • Ability to add custom API fields for extra data storage
  • Updated documentation

As of the end of December we have decided to discontinue all usage of our API V1 and V2. For all existing customers who are using older versions of the API for custom developed add-ons to ProWorfklow, now is the time to start looking into making changes and aligning these add-ons to our API V3.

Our friendly and experienced support staff will proactively contact you to help you look into the changes required to continue using your custom add-ons to ProWorkflow.

Christmas / New Year Holiday Availability

Some companies slow down over Christmas and New Year holiday and it can be a great opportunity for you and your team to recharge and prepare for the coming year!

We are a little different and understand you may rely on ProWorkflow heavily. We realize your guru ProWorkflow staff users may be on leave and you may still need support over the break.

We run a dedicated support crew throughout the silly season with one or two mandatory exceptions (we love our team too much to make them work Christmas & New Year day – family’s a big deal to us).

Although Christmas/New Years days are email support only, we’ll have email/phone support all other days.

Holiday theme success

We’ve had great feedback regarding the holiday theme. It’s fantastic to see people get in the seasons spirit, here’s an email we received from David in the UK:

Hello support I just wanted you to know that we appreciate that you have:
A) Changed our site scheme to our corporate colours (much appreciated)
B) Added some decorations for Christmas

Our Christmas Party Rocked!

We asked the NZ office: “what would you guys like to do together to see the year out?” After a couple of lunches and some birthday cake gatherings (it’s a thing we do here, just go with it) we all settled on an activity and a restaurant dinner, Julian our CEO actively encouraged the teams partners and children to get involved and the entire day + atmosphere truly was fun and family orientated.
