What is GDPR?
The EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) aims to unify data protection rules, setting out standards for how personal data is handled. It imposes new obligations on all organisations and guarantees existing and additional rights for EU/EEA citizens.
It will take effect from May 25th 2018.
Does GDPR affect my company?
We strongly recommend seeking specific legal advice but in broad terms if you are located in or conduct business in the EU/EEA (either physically or online) then you will be affected by GDPR.

We've been working hard to ensure we achieve compliance with the standards that GDPR sets out, this is a significant amount of work which involves our engineering, product, security and legal teams.
We have put a continuous improvement plan in place to ensure we are always operating with data privacy & security at the forefront of our minds.
